Our beautifully landscaped, very private estate, is a two story beach front home located approximately 5 miles north of San Pedro on Ambergris Caye. Our estate sits on 90 feet of white sand beach on the Caribbean Sea . With views of both the sunrise from the front veranda and the sunset from the rooftop terrace our home truly captures the beauty of the island and God's creation. Surrounded by the beauty of the jungle you definitely feel "away from it all".

 

 

 

   

 

 

Our home offers a pier and beach that is wonderful for sunbathing, snorkeling and fishing. Experience world famous fly fishing right in your front yard! The island ferry or dive boats will pick you up at our pier-right out the front door! With Two Bedrooms and two bathrooms a full kitchen, entertainment area (with flat screen TV/DVD/CD player) and air conditioning you have all the comforts of home. Our vacation rental home is within walking distance to several resorts for dining, kayaking, internet, and spa services.

    The master bedroom is a tropical oasis with breezes from the sea or air conditioned comfort. The master offers a King Bed with plush bedding and romantic decor. The master also has a beautiful private bath.

 

 

 The second bedroom has a double and single bed, also beautifully furnished. Another large bath is located next to the 2nd bedroom.

Upon your arrival, our local manager will greet your party at the San Pedro airstrip, take you shopping, if you wish and then transport you and your party via boat to one of the nicest houses on the island, The Belize Island Beach House. There, you will enjoy the beautiful Caribbean life in your own private home that is fully furnished.
 

 

 

 

Enjoy a cup of coffee on your private veranda and watch the sunrise, or view the beautiful sunset from the 900 square foot rooftop terrace with its own thatch palapa. A bike ride along the Caribbean sea is a wonderful way to explore the island.

 

 

 

Maybe a romantic bar-b-que of fresh caught snapper or lobster on the beach is your idea of a great way to end the day.

Our manager can set you up with the best tours, diving/snorkeling, fishing, golf cart rentals and anything else you may desire, including any of the terrific day spa's on the island. The Belize Island Beach House is within walking distance of several of the island’s top restaurants or you can have a New York style pizza delivered to your Beach Front Veranda. Our favorite: hire a private chef to prepare a 5 star dinner of conch, lobster and fresh fish. Chef's are available for breakfast, lunch and dinner...they will provide a menu you will never forget.
